Our Simple, Yet Thorough, Clinical Process:

Prior to your first visit:

After scheduling your first visit, you will receive an email with a thorough intake form. We ask that you provide as much detail as possible in your paperwork to help Dr. Tanner gain an understanding of your current health, history, and goals. You must have the paperwork filled out before your first visit to the office or your appointment may be rescheduled.

During your first visit:

Step 1: Consultation, Examination, and First Adjustment

During your first visit, you will have a consultation with Dr. Tanner to dive deep to find the root cause of you or child’s health struggles.

Following the consultation, we will do an examination, which typically includes a physical examination and INSiGHT neurological scans to assess the function of the nervous system. These INSiGHT scans find, measure and quantify how much stress and tension are in the nervous system.

Following the examination, the first adjustment will be given. The adjustments are neurologically-focused, safe, gentle, and effective in relieving the tension and stress to the nervous system.

During your second visit:

Step 2. Report of Findings and Second Adjustment

During your second visit, Dr. Tanner will review a customized care plan for you or your child’s needs based on the examination and INSiGHT scan findings from the first visit.

Following your report of findings, we will pick up right where we left off on your first visit with your second adjustment.

After your second visit:

Step 3: Continuing with Your Plan.

It’s important to stick to the plan. Each adjustment (and the frequency of them) is key to building momentum early on during your initial plan. Life happens—we get that. When possible, it’s important to plan for the expected and adapt to the unexpected. This could mean increasing your adjustment frequency the week before and after a vacation, or making up a missed adjustment due to car trouble later in the day or the next day.

Periodically during your care plan, we will take the time to check in to see how your nervous system is adapting with the adjustments. This may include a physical examination and INSiGHT neurological scans, or any combination of those depending on where we are in your care plan.

After your INITIAL care plan:

Step 4: Transitioning to Wellness.

We will cover this as we get there. Once health is restored, you’ll want to keep it there. The majority of our patients are under regular wellness care to make sure their nervous system stays working at optimal levels. We have a saying around here, “EXPECT MIRACLES”. This is the exciting part of our journey where we see many of those happen. We look forward to experiencing yours with you!
