Every patient’s situation and care plan recommendation is different. Therefore, cost is completely dependent on your individual needs and goals. Dr. Tanner will further review all this information and your care plan recommendation with you during your second visit as well as the different payment options available.

We are a direct pay office. We do not bill insurance companies because we have you and your family’s best interest as our top priority! We do not want them telling us what we can and cannot do for you. In general, they are not designed for any of the preventative, wellness, or supportive maintenance services we offer, and most of them do not cover chiropractic for children. More importantly, this means care plan recommendations are based on what's best for you, not what’s determined by an insurance company, and it allows us to offer a variety of affordable payment options so that entire families can get the care they need.
We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards (including HSA and FSA) as forms of payment.

Initially, this can look different for everyone. We determine this based on where you are in your chiropractic journey, the status of your health, and INSiGHT scans.
After your initial care plan is complete and you transition into wellness or maintenance care, we generally recommend getting checked weekly or bi-weekly.
It’s important to always stay proactive. Experiencing pain or other symptoms is often one of the last signs of nervous system interference. There’s dysfunction happening long before you actually feel it. This is why we shouldn’t judge our health based on how we feel.

Chiropractic adjustments help to restore optimal balance and function to the nervous system and reproductive organs, supporting the needs of both mother and baby throughout pregnancy.
Research shows that prenatal chiropractic care contributes to more straightforward labor, improves the balance and alignment of the spine and pelvis, and can also provide a more comfortable pregnancy with a less painful/traumatic delivery.
-
Chiropractic adjustments for both babies and children promote optimal development, function, and healing of the body. It will always be better (and much easier) to grow healthy children than to fix them as adults.
Birth, in its many forms, can be traumatic. Many pressures and forces can be exerted on your baby during their journey into the world. A recent study revealed that a significant amount of newborns suffered birth trauma and associated strain through the neck and cranial areas following birth.
Left uncorrected, this trauma will continue to impact a baby’s spinal growth and development, reducing the healthy function of the nervous system. This can cause many health challenges later in life that could easily have been prevented. A large majority of neurological development (development of the brain and nervous system) occurs in the child’s first year, so it’s imperative to ensure that your baby has every opportunity to maximize their nerve function.
Policies:
-
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an opening in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $75.
-
We must adhere to the time allotted for your appointment to respect our time, your time, and the time of all of our practice members. We understand that life happens and we do our best to extend grace to all the families we serve. However, if you are 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged in FULL, if we need to reschedule.
-
Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon at the beginning of your care. We accept cash, check, debit/credit cards (including HSA and FSA) as forms of payment.
-
Due to Medicare regulations, we are unable to provide adjustments to anyone 65 years or older for any reason other than preventative, wellness or maintenance purposes as we are not enrolled with Medicare at this time. We are happy to provide a referral if requested.
